Cancellations and Refunds Policy

CANCELLATION OF THE TOUR ON PART OF THE CLIENT:

  • Cancellations done 7 days before the tour will be refunded 100% of the activities price, minus any expenses that may come from the process.
  • Cancellations done between 6 and 4 days before the tour will be refunded 50% of the activities price, minus any expenses that may come from the process.
    • Process expenses:
      • European cards: 1’65%
      • Non-european cards: 3’15%.
  • Cancellations done in less than 4 days before the tour will have no refunds.

CANCELLATION OF THE TOUR ON THE PART OF GO LOCAL SAN SEBASTIAN:

In the event of a tour cancelled by GO LOCAL SAN SEBASTIAN, we will try to find another available date that suits the client. If this is not possible, a full refund will be applied.

PAYMENT POLICIES:

If we do not receive the payment in the first 72 hours after sending the “payment request” or “bill”, the pre-booking will be cancelled.

Not showing up to the activity eliminates the right to ask for a refund of the money by the client – either way, we wait 5 courtesy minutes before starting any activity.
