Where is the meeting point?

All the tours start from Sarriegi Plaza 9, just behind the Boulevard and Tourism Office.

Where is the Boulevard?

Between Old Town and city centre, close to the City Hall. (Map)

Should I go earlier to the meeting point?

Definitely, yes. We recommend to go 15 minutes earlier to the meeting point.

Are there tours everyday?

We recommend to check the timetable & calendars, but there are tours almost everyday.

Is the tour cancelled because of the weather?

No. We carry on with the tours no matter what the weather it’s like. The guide will make use of his resources and will make sure you enjoy the visit and have lots of fun.

What’s the duration of the tours?

Depends on each tour, check it’s attributes!

Can I do more than 1 tour in a day?

Sure! In fact many tours are designed to be combined. Check our timetable & calendar and choose the one best fits for you!

What clothes/footwear should I use?

Clothes & footwear must be in accordance with the weather. San Sebastian is a town where its rains a lot, that’s why in case of rain (or heavy rain, deppending where are you from) is recommended to bring a coat (better waterproof) and/or umbrela.
You should bring a suitable footwear for walking, like trainers.
Each tour have some recommendations, so we encourage you to check them before choosing one!

I am a disabled person or I use wheelchair. Can I go to the tours?

Of course! Just let us know so we can be prepared and adapt the tours if needed. In fact, in every tour you can check if it’s available for people with reduced mobility or not.

Ey, but I have an adapted wheelchair, can I go to the Bike tour?

Sure! Just warn us so we can prepare everything in advance!

Will we make use of public transport?

Just in some experiences. If so, it will be marked in the features of each tour.

I’ve got allergy to some food… Can I do the pintxos tour?

Sure! Just notify it in advance and we will take care of it.

What languages are available for doing the tours?

We offer the tours both in English and Spanish in separated groups. We can also offer tours in French, Basque, Portuguese, German… ask us!

Is there a maximum of people per tour?

Yes, it changes depending on the tour.

Can I book private tours?

Sure! If you can’t make it because of the timetable or the calendar e-mail us and we will try to solve it.

How much are the tours?

It varies depending on the tour. Check our prices on each tour.

Can I book places in the tour?

Yes. Easiest way is by using the pluggin on each tour, but also you can book places by mail (kaixo@golocalsansebastian.com) or by WhatsApp at (0034) 688 958 118.

Can I pay with credit card or checks?

If you do it through the website yes.
